All jewelry is boxed with a ribbon and wax seal, if you prefer to not have it sealed please let me know.

Custom Order
All custom orders are not refundable nor subject to cancellation.
If I decide to accept a cancellation of a custom order it is at my discretion, the time already invested into designing and making of your order will be deducted from the total price. Please keep in mind it will in most cases it can be between 30 and 40 percent of the total price as the predominant cost of your order consists of the time I have to put into the piece rather than the materials used. Since you are unable to return my time invested into your order, I won't be able to refund it.
