All Jewelry is boxed with a ribbon and wax seal, if you prefer to not have it sealed please let me know. 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sales.

If I decide to accept a cancellation of a custom order it will be at my discretion, the time already invested into designing and making of your order will be deducted from the total price. Please keep in mind, at times I have to source materials, and design the piece which takes time. Since you won't be able to return my time invested in your order, I wont be able to refund it. Thank you for understanding.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted (custom orders are not returnable), please contact me within 3 days of your delivery. All items returned will be inspected, to be returned in good selling order and have original parts and wrapping, shipping charges will not be refunded a small 10% restocking fee will be deducted to your refund if approved. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance.
