I want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted, please contact me within 3 days of your delivery.
Layaway
Payment plans are available. Policy is a 50% downpayment, with the balance due within 30 days of first payment unless other arrangements have been agreed upon between us both. Your downpayment is non-refundable nor transferable, no exceptions. Layaways are final sales, thank you for understanding.
Gift Wrapping
All jewelry is boxed with a ribbon and wax seal, if you prefer to not have it sealed please let me know.

Custom Order
All custom orders are not refundable nor subject to cancellation.
If I decide to accept a cancellation of a custom order it is at my discretion, the time already invested into designing and making of your order will be deducted from the total price. Please keep in mind it will in most cases it can be between 40 and 70 percent of the total price as the predominant cost of your order consists of the time I have to put into the piece rather than the materials used. Since you are unable to return my time invested into your order, I won't be able to refund it.

Errors and mistakes occur in many different ways; Some of these mistakes are human errors while others are computer or internet errors. Due to this fact, I (Gem and Silver Alchemy) reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Care Tips
The Sterling and Fine Silver are very easy to take care of. The jewelry will tarnish, there is nothing that can be done to prevent tarnishing. Please store your jewelry in a dry place away from makeup and chemicals.
Silver reacts with chloride so it is best not wear it in a shower or swimming pool, it can be damaging if it is done repeatedly over time.
To clean your silver jewelry I highly recommend 'Sunshine Polishing Cloth'.
While this cloth will safely clean both jewelry and stones as well as glass, I do not recommend any other brand of polishing cloths because some of them are not safe on stones.
The cloth will remove tarnish and polish your silver to a pretty bright shine.
You will want to be careful cleaning a piece that has intentional oxidation /patina because the cloth will remove that as well.
In order to retain a matte finish on your jewelry and remove some of the unwanted tarnish, I recommend finest 0000 steel wool to gently polish the silver. Be careful though, the steel wool WILL SCRATCH stones and glass!
To remove dirt and oil from your jewelry I recommend washing it in warm water using a soft toothbrush and a little bit of mild soap such as ivory. Dry with a soft cloth.
*Place Druzy stones away from other jewelry and store separrate from each so they do not rub against each other. This will ensure the crystals stay intact on the stone.
