🔹Sterling will tarnish and copper even faster, it's the nature of the metal, but here are a few tips to help it keep it looking it's best.
Please store your jewelry in a dry place away from makeup and chemicals like perfume and hairspray .
Silver reacts with chloride so it is best not wear it in a shower or swimming pool.
🔹If the silver is shiny, I recommend using a Sunshine Polishing Cloth and never advise using a liquid/dip type of tarnish removal.
🔹If your silver had been oxidized, please do not use a tarnish removal liquid/dip, these liquids will completely remove the darkening compound that was applied to your silver. If you want the places that are not recessed to shine a bit brighter very lightly polish the area using a Sunshine Polish Cloth.
🔹To remove dirt and oil from your gemstones I recommend washing it in warm water using a very soft toothbrush and a little bit of mild soap such as ivory. Dry with a soft cloth.
🔹Do not wipe with paper towels or tissues as they can scratch, always use a soft cloth.
🔹Make it part of your routine to put on your jewelry the last thing you do as you get ready for the day/night.
I do not advise using jewelry liquid cleaners / dips, toothpaste or polishing creams, or pastes on jewelry with stones
